Doc :Hello chey. How may I help you?
Chey :Having a lot of back pain
Doc :since when have you had the symptom?
Chey :I have a condition called spondylosis. I got it when I was in 6th grade, no reason it just came up.. Today I woke up for school and my back pain worse than usual. I don't know what to do
Doc :Does it get worse in spesific movement?
Chey :When I get up, the pain gets worse and yesterday I really didn't do much besides walk around our track.
Doc :since when have you had recent backpain?
Chey :Today, its been a pretty good while since today.
Doc :ok, the pain could be triggered by the wrong sleeping position, for first aid, you can use topical analgesic
Chey :I usually sleep curled up.
Doc :if it doesn't work you may take analgesic pill such as paracetamol, if it's getting worse i suggest you to have it checked to an orthopaedic surgeon
Chey :OK. Can I get a note for school ?
Doc :yes, you can contact your doctor for that.
    Chey :Ok. Thanks
